Internal training courses conducted by our senior management teams are provided regularly to all junior staff and frontline workers to reinforce their technical skills, safety and environmental knowledge.

Subsidies are provided to staff to enroll external training or professional courses to enhance the knowledge and skills in aspects of environmental protection, operation and safety etc.
