Mr. Ngai is the founder of Everest Engineering Company Limited. He has been a director and general manager of Kin Wing Group since April 2020. He is mainly responsible for the tendering and overall project planning and execution of our substructure, building, civil and site formation projects.

Mr. Ngai has over thirty-eight years of experience in site formation, building, civil and substructure construction. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan in 1982 and a Master’s degree in Construction Management from The City University of Hong Kong in 2001.
